Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it remains unused and undamaged and is returned in its original packaging.

A product that has been opened, consumed or damaged is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange under this clause.

Contact us within the 7-day period at riza@alnuzhadates.com or WhatsApp +966 56 532 9004, quoting your order number. We will confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds are issued to you in the same way you paid, without undue delay once the returned product has been received and checked.

The cost of returning a product is borne by the customer, unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival or different from what was ordered, in which case we bear it.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, tell us as soon as possible with a photo of the product and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded.

If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the delivery date agreed with you, you may cancel the order and the amount you paid will be refunded to you automatically, without any need to request it.

This does not apply to delays caused by the customer, such as an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, or by customs clearance that is the recipient’s responsibility.
